You get “uncertain”, and why

An unknown is never rounded up to safe. A product with no usable data lands near the middle, and if unsure checks outnumber passes the verdict says so.

Not a medical device

It's a screening aid. Recipes change, coverage varies by region and product, and the label is the legal record. For a severe allergy or coeliac disease, the pack — and your clinician — stay the final word.
